How we work?
Each client's situation is unique; there are no two
projects alike. So we have developed a system of workflow
that will help us to work with you in the simplest and
most efficient way.
- We carry out an initial consultation,
which will consist of you filling out a questionnaire
specially prepared for you (will take you about 15
- 20 minutes to complete). This will help us find
out exactly what you require and how you feel.
Why?
The reason being that we always want to create a copy
that will go with your style of thinking and personality,
'cause you will do the running of the business as well
as manage the growth. Everything should be a match;
your copy should match, both what you say and how you
say it, and the actual reaction after you get a response.
The information in the questionnaire will also help
prepare us for the second consultation.
- After we receive the results
we would study the information you provided and request
another consultation, preferably by chat.
Why?
We ask for a second consultation to rehash the information
you have provided and also to be able to get additional
information from you, which wasn't mentioned in the
questionnaire that may be critical to the success of
the project. At this stage we would be able to offer
our expert advice on the situation. When we both agree
on the direction the work should take wok proceeds.
- After the project objectives
and strategies have been clearly defined, we write
the first draft and send it to you to review.
Why?
We have discovered that this step is very important,
as the client has a chance to see the actual material,
and here many people often have things to add, so we
would use this step in the case of minor changes or
a re-write if necessary.
- If there was need for minor
changes or maybe a re-write we would take care of
this immediately. On the other hand if there was no
need for any changes, we proceed to hand over the
project for printing or publishing on the web.
That is not all
Although we guarantee our clients satisfaction, and
we believe in an excellent service, we are not just
handing over the project to you and leaving you.
We value all our customers and handle each business
as if it were our own, so we are offering an additional
3 months support to monitor activities and to assist
in minor updates and minor changes.
This means that you still get to keep us for a full
quarter of a year after the completion date of the
project. Within this period we would be in constant
communication.
