Each client's situation is unique; there are no two projects alike. So we have developed a system of workflow that will help us to work with you in the simplest and most efficient way.

In the past our projects were executed via mail and chat, but now we have developed a Project Management System that makes things easy.

• We carry out an initial consultation, which will consist of you filling out a questionnaire specially prepared for you (will take you about 15 - 20 minutes to complete). This will help us find out exactly what you require and how you feel.

Why?

The reason being that we always want to create a Web application or Design that will meet your exact requirements, 'cause you will do the running of the business as well as manage the growth. Furthermore by completing the information we request, we will be able to determine exactly the size of the project and where you are heading. This way we save both time and money.

• After we receive the results we would study the information you provided and request another consultation, preferably by chat.

Why?

We ask for a second consultation to rehash the information you have provided and also to be able to get additional information from you, which wasn't mentioned in the questionnaire that may be critical to the success of the project. At this stage we would be able to offer our expert advice on the situation. When we both agree on the direction the work should take, work proceeds.

• After the project objectives and strategies have been clearly defined, we prepare for you a complete project chart and workflow (If it is just for a design work we provide you with an initial mockup)

Why?

We have discovered that this step is very important, as the client has a chance to see the actual material in a visual form, and here many people often have things to add, so we will use this step in the case of minor changes or additional changes if necessary.

• If there were need for minor changes in requirements or structure we would take care of this immediately. On the other hand if there was no need for any changes, the work will continue to final stage.

Project Management

The Process

The processes described in the sections below include the reporting mechanism for the project as well as the method for problem resolution with the team in case of difficulties.

These consist of three individuals that oversee all project issues from developing to scheduling deadlines. They are responsible for making the workflow smooth and easy.

The Project Manager will have the responsibility of executing the entire projects at EdwardHadome.com.

Edward Hadome Roles and Responsibilities

Your contact (Personal Project Manager) will be the person in charge of handling your inquires and requests, scheduling deadlines and clearing issues of disputes concerning your project if any.

He will be in direct contact with you by via the PMS (Project Management System), by mail, and Chat; as well your Personal Project Manager will be in direct contact with:

• Developers (Designers & programmers): They consist of the graphic designers, programmers, and traffic experts' in-charge of the look, functionality, and promotion of the site.

• Quality assurance Team: They are responsible for re-scanning and testing the project at each developing stage looking for bugs, syntax errors, spell checks, legal and security issues

Your personal project manager will oversee all activities concerning this project through mentioned individual team members.

Progress Reporting

A set number of days (usually a 5-day a week) progress report against the baseline plan for the project will be provided to the client. This will depend on the size of the project and deadline set; otherwise everything will be visible through the PMS system daily.

The report will contain a breakdown summary of issues encountered and resolved along with the progress report of the project. This will include what will be resolved within the next 5 days and the rest of the remaining period.

Also included will be time for uncontrollable unforeseen circumstances that may cause some delay (like new add-ons or modifications).

The clients personal project manager will oversee these issues in the weekly meeting and communicate the information to the client.

Edward Hadome's Responsibilities

• To appoint a Project Manager and deploy a team of professionals, as required, to undertake the activities related to the execution of the project.

• To perform the activities, as per the scope of work, adhering to the time schedule mutually agreed upon

• Edward Hadome will keep all information, source code, and details completely confidential and secure.

Client's Responsibilities

CLIENT needs to provide the following to the Development team through the personal project manager:

• User design and associated components specifications

• Access to licenses for any special software already in use by CLIENT

• Respond to queries raised by Edward Hadome

• Promotional and developmental copy as necessary (if you require a re-write, we would also be able to provide)

Technical support

That is not all

Although we guarantee our clients satisfaction, and we believe in an excellent service, we are not just handing over the project to you and leaving you.

We value all our customers and handle each business as if it were our own, so we are offering an additional 3 months support to monitor activities and to assist in minor updates and minor changes.

This means that you still get to keep us for a full quarter of a year after the completion date of the project. Within this period we will be in constant communication.

Additional info

We always supervise the work of outside suppliers, and set up a project Flow Chart that meets your timetable.

Project Cost and time is never affected using this system of project outsourcing.
